Kathryn C. Dove (Katie) is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Moultrie Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Originally from Statesboro, Georgia, Katie moved to Moultrie upon graduation from law school in 2007 and joined Howell + Parrott at that time. Katie graduated from Valdosta State University (B.A., Political Science) in 2004 and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., summa cum laude) in 2007. At Valdosta State University, Katie served for four years on the Student Judicial Council, was involved with the Campus Activities Board, Mock Trial Team, Student Honor Society and Chi Omega Sorority. She also served as President of the College Panhellenic Council during the 2002-2003 academic years and received the Greek Woman of the Year Award in 2003. In law school, Katie was a member of the Moot Court Board, Federalist Society and Inns of Court, Charles Clark Chapter. She competed in the Duberstein National Moot Court Competition in 2006 and 2007. Katie also was an academic scholarship recipient and received the Mississippi Bar Litigation Award in 2006.
Katie’s practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, worker’s compensation, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and other litigated matters. She also handles real estate and estate planning matters.
